Removal from Class/Event
Nouveau Riche in its sole
discretion reserves the right to remove any Student, Partner or Guest, at any time, from any class or Nouveau Riche
Event for any reason including but not limited to:
- offensive, inappropriate or
disruptive behavior,
- unprofessional conduct,
- recording, copying, transcribing, or distributing to others, either directly or
indirectly, the information or contents of
the Classes, Events, or College
- promotion of any products, any
services, or any companies for any reason

Housekeeping Items
- No recording devices allowed –Nouveau Riche professionally records all classes. Complimentary, pre-selected class audios are provided to all Primary Regents Tuition Students upon Regents Tuition package purchase. All Tuition Students are able to purchase class audios in your Business Center/OSCAR™, using tuition Hours! Complimentary Classroom Video Streaming is also available to Primary Regents Tuition Students in your Business Center/OSCAR™.
- Only students registered for a class may enter the class; no children, minors, or unregistered guests will be allowed in class.
- Students and their Tuition Partners must be at least 18 years of age.
- No soliciting of products or services in the classroom or anywhere on the property of the host hotel. Nouveau Riche's agreement with the host hotels prohibit soliciting by Nouveau Riche Students.
- Nouveau Riche is not responsible for lost or stolen items that are left in the classroom or anywhere in the College facilities.
- Please respect your “College Staff” Door Monitors - College Staff are placed in each room to facilitate Student entry to class, pass out and collect exams, and assist the Instructor. They are there to maintain a professional environment and quality experience for you, so please follow their instructions.
- Room Temperature - Remember to bring a sweater or dress in layers as classroom temperatures tend to vary.
- A photo ID is required to obtain your Nouveau Riche ID Badge. Students who do not bring a valid photo ID (ie license, passport) cannot obtain a Nouveau Riche ID Badge and will not be admitted to class.
- Lunch - Remember to purchase lunch tickets for the specific day(s) in which you plan to eat at the Nouveau Riche Lunch Buffet. Purchase 3-days in advance to avoid $5 price increase.
- Changes to your class schedule must be made by 8:30pm the evening prior to the class. Please unregister in a timely manner from any class you will not attend, as students registered for class after 8:30pm the night before the class will be charged the appropriate number of hours.
- Please respect Nouveau Riche equipment and allow only our Staff to make any necessary modifications.
- Post assessments cannot be given early.
- NR does not provide Internet access for students; please contact the Hotel Business Center to address your Internet needs
